Life is too short to do just ONE THING.
Hello lovelies,
Yay for 2015 and new beginnings and all that! Like chapters in our lives, a new page has turned.
What changes are you taking on this year?
A number of things are changing in my life. I'm living with my boyfriend which has been an exciting adjustment. And I've taken a part time job at Society. I was offered the position last year and went with my gut feeling, "Hellz yes!" Luckily they're happy for me to take two days off in the week for bloggin' and vloggin'. So if you like my videos, don't worry they're not going anywhere.
So far, things have gone great. I am crazy about my new job and living with Andrew is so much fun! It's great to share a home with your best friend.
Side note: I did have vague plans to live in London by now. My trip last August made me want to start a new life over there. All the fun and the people I met made it very tempting to use my UK passport to its advantage. As though Cape Town got wind of my disloyalty to South Africa, it threw some temptations my way; a lovely home, an job in advertising and a chance to write a book. However, I don't feel like I will have the chance to travel/explore at such liberty forever. So I do plan to travel and keep an open mind about relocating.
Whatever happens this year, I'd like for you all to know how much I appreciate your support. Although I'm still finding me feet, the things I've learnt thus far are solely down to you giving my the chance.
So here's to 2015, to new beginnings and exciting adventures!
I'd love to hear from you... Let me know what you're taking on this year!
